When the time comes for the tenancy to end and you wish to take possession of your property we can arrange to have the correct notice served on the tenant under the current legislation.
Should you wish us to re-let your property we shall remarket immediately.
Should your tenant wish to terminate the tenancy, we shall ensure that the tenancy agreement has been adhered to in respect of notice periods and, with your permission, remarket the property immediately.
Should you decide to sell the property, we can arrange local valuations and report to you. We often sell properties within our portfolio to current Landlords looking to expand theirs. Our fee for arranging a sale is extremely competitive.
Assuming the tenancy comes to an end we shall arrange a checkout with the tenant and ensure that their obligations to the contract and contents of the inventory and schedule of condition are met. This will include having the property cleaned as necessary and gardens restored.
We will then arrange a checkout against the inventory and report our finings to you. If it is necessary to deduct any amount from the tenant's deposit, this will be agreed with you and the balance returned to the tenant.
