Lettings Administration Assistant
This is an office based role and we are looking for someone who is computer literate, has excellent people skills and is extremely confident. Will be dealing with clients on the telephone and in person as well as working to strict deadlines. It is a pressurized role and therefore organizational skills are essential. Some lettings experience would be an advantage although training will be given to the right person.
- Experience of working in a lettings environment.
Excellent administration skills.
Excellent PC skills with a good understanding of MS office Inc Word, Excel and Outlook
Capable of efficiently and consistently working to defined administrative procedures.
A dependable team player
Full UK Drivers License would be preferred
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
