"I have been a landlord for several years now and have a large portfolio in Cardiff area. I also run a few other successful businesses. First of all I would like to say that I must have presented on of the most complicated applications to Carla Welsh, the Manager at Integrity Lettings UK.
After problems during my fiancées last relationship, our home was subject to a forced sale by her previous partner. We had 14 days to find a new home for our daughter and our family dogs. We rang about a million estate agents and they all said NO WAY and then we came across Integrity Lettings UK, a company that obviously cares about people not just their credit scores.
All the way through the application process, Carla Welsh was there for help and reassurance. Carla didn’t mind my million and one phone calls to check how things were going and I really can not thank her enough.
After the initial paper work was filled out, Carla sent them all off to Jo from Rent On Time. Jo really went out of her way to make sure this rental agreement was set up for me. Jo kept in contact all the way through and gave me the best news I have had for a long time, we had the property.
