It is with great pleasure that Integrity Lettings can announce its sponsorship of Treharris Youth RFC.
Despite the fact that the company operates its service throughout South Wales, both Chief Executive Phillip Tovey and Manager of this property management agency Carla Welsh are both local residents of Treharris, and therefore the decision was made to invest some support in a local outfit.

It seemed appropriate that, as Integrity Lettings is such a new venture, the organisation should seek to sponsor a Treharris Youth team which is the first of its variety in 12 years. The side, which is governed by Steve Richards and contains many of the young players he has coached for nigh-on a decade, initially encountered some difficulty when trying to form a youth team. The reason for this is that the RFU stipulates that in order for a youth team to exist, there must be a Senior side first – but this issue was swiftly ironed out.
And so, whilst Integrity Lettings continues its quick rise to prominence, it appears that it is merely following in the footsteps of Treharris RFC – whose victorious reincarnation has been equally as successful!

It’s been an incredible month here at Integrity Lettings – the phones have barely stopped ringing as our rise to prominence continues to manifest itself.
Okay, so here’s the news: since the last time we had 10 minutes to update everyone with the latest information, we have taken on responsibility for the management of a further 78 properties – meaning that, in only our fourth month of trading, we are now stood on the precipice of achieving yet another benchmark of success: 200 properties!

Since our last report, we have teamed up with several distinguished landlords, who have found out about us through both our advertisements and our growing reputation as an honest and efficient agency. The general feedback we have received is that these individuals have all turned to us in order to receive an improved, reliable and cost-effective service for the management of their properties.
And they have been right in doing so. Because, when all is said and done, Integrity operates in accordance with a basic principle: to provide our customers with a service of the highest standard at the lowest price.
Our team has an incredible wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry, and as such we are able to recognise exactly what landlords and tenants want from a property agency, and cater for this accordingly. Furthermore, as Integrity Lettings is part of a group of companies, we have the full support of a solid infrastructure to draw from, including a dedicated marketing agency which takes care of all of our promotional requirements

Further to Integrity Lettings’ last update which proudly announced our 100-home milestone, we are extremely pleased to be able to inform you that the company’s popularity has continued to soar in recent weeks.
Since our last update, word-of-mouth has apparently spread like wildfire, and the phones have been red hot with enquiries from both landlords and tenants alike – with a further 20 properties taken on board in a matter of one week. ...In fact, in one street alone, Integrity Lettings is responsible for the management of 15 properties (SEE PICTURE)!
Nobody could have predicted such an incredibly swift rise to prominence in the property market, but we are under no illusions as to why our growth rate has been so remarkable.
It seems that in this current climate of economic hardship, tenants and landlords are beginning to look elsewhere in order to find value for money, and with Integrity Lettings they can be assured that they will not receive a better service anywhere else. Quite simply, we know that our clients don’t just want value for money, they want an honest, reliable and professional service, too. And here at Integrity Lettings, this is exactly what we provide: honesty, reliability and professionalism at a price that suits you.
And with no plans to abate the efflux of the business, it appears that it is only a matter of time before Integrity Lettings announces the surpassing of yet another landmark achievement in our short time of operation.

Integrity Lettings is now pleased to announce that, since our inception in June 2009, we are now responsible for the management of over 100 properties in the South Wales area!
Our phenomenal growth rate has completely surpassed even our own ambitious estimations, and this can only be attributed to the dedication of our staff who continually strive to provide a service to our clients which is uncompromising in its professionalism.
The extensive experience of our staff in the property industry has taught us that the most crucial elements of our operation are the clients. In Layman’s terms, our customers always come first – without exception. Whilst our competitors are reducing advertising costs during this unfortunate period of economic uncertainty, Integrity Lettings has allocated a significant proportion of its budget to marketing – as we believe this to be fundamental component in our success. Subsequently, we use our website, leaflets, local newspapers, and of course the inimitable advertising tool of the industry – Rightmove.
Now in its third month of trading, Integrity Lettings is continuing its expansion even as we speak. With plans for further development, we are aiming to be recognised as one of the foremost agents in our field, whilst at the same time maintaining the eminence of our service, and never losing sight of our ethos – to provide an honest, professional and reliable service to our landlords and tenants.
